Dear Dad,

Thanks for being home today when I got home.  Even though you scared the bajeesus out of me as I was getting into the shower, it was nice to be not lonely for that hour or so.  Plus, you heated up some Minestrone soup for me, which I would not have been motivated enough to do on my own.
